• Communications infrastructure - setting up mailing lists, cleaning up the wiki, setting up kiosks in the building, creating an Omni-wide calendar (a lá Sudo), adding simple form for contacting Omni on website & wiki
  • spam filter on wiki
• Identifying current intra-group communication issues and possible solutions
  • ex: reducing flow on the logistics list by creating multiple lists + having report-backs!
  • coordinating space usage
• Working on our public messaging and protocols for communicating our non-publicness toward becoming a publicly-accessible space

• E-mail addresses (eventually)
• Monthly newsletter for events blast
• Set up a blog + "what's new from each member group?"
• specific phases of Omni evolving vis-a-vis communications
• mailboxes for member groups and inter-group communications!
